SCIP Seminars

The SCIP seminar involves an introductory talk about volunteering, from The Centre for Volunteering, and a variety of speakers from other NFP organisations.

Students get to meet directly with people and organisations who work in the following sectors:

• Environment
• Disability services
• Sports
• Social justice
• Human rights
• Heritage & conservation
• Health
• Overseas aid

Students are educated not only about volunteering but also about the huge variety of issues in their local and global community.
